最近、自宅でコーヒーを淹れる事にハマっていて、地元の自家焙煎のお店を見つけては豆を買っています。 そこで色々なお店を回るうちにちょっと疑問に思う事がありましたので質問させていただきます。 普段私がコーヒー豆を買う時は、焙煎後２日～４日までの深入りの豆(ブレンド)で、お店で中細引きに挽いてもらっています。 その後家に帰り、すぐに淹れると当然豆は膨れますが、それもだいたい挽いて２日も経てば膨れなく
